Sleep training This is how I practice with zero effort. Right before I go to bed maybe let’s say and hour before I go to bed I do something new. Like practice something new on my video game or music project. This is usually something really challenging that I am not good at at all. Once I have physically practiced I then go straight to bed and put my sleep mask on. I give myself about five to ten minutes to get my heart rate down. I then think about what I just practiced. I think about it as many times as I can. Over and over until I fall asleep. If my brain does drift to other thoughts I let it happen. At this point I usually think about things and places that are non existent dreamlands. Places that real not as much. When I wake up in the morning and get back to the thing I just practiced I notice I am much better than the day before.
